I have had such a positive experience living at Nine20 Tempe. This is my second year living here and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My favorite part has to be my apartment layout. Nine20 has tall ceiling and modern furnishings, which enhances the appearance of the apartment. Along with the awesome apartments, Nine20 also has a wonderful gym and pool area. Everything is clean and well-kept, ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors. I highly recommend signing a lease at Nine20 Tempe!

Two things make this building great: The place and the people.
The physical building is beautiful, with pristine amenities such as the two-level gym and community-centered pool. It also has arguably the BEST location out of any apartment, as its close to campus, stores, and public transportation.
Then comes the people, specifically the helpful staff that ensures the best possible resident experience. I’ve had a lot of contact with the staff here, and all experiences have exceeded my expectations… from receiving mail to maintenance requests, the staff has been professional, caring, and personable.
There are a lot of choices for housing around ASU, but I can guarantee that Nine20 is the best possible option for students looking for housing.
I love living at nine20. my favorite part of living here is that it’s clean and close to campus. I love in a four bedroom four bathroom, the kitchen and living area is very spacey. the rooms themselves also are very nice. If there are any issues the maintenance team comes almost immediately. The pool is also a huge plus, the space is gorgeous and the pool is always very clean.
I have lived at Nine 20 for two years now and it has been an experience I’ll never regret. It is truly a great place to live for the off campus experience while also being in a great location within Tempe. My favorite part of living here is the hospitality from the ownership, as you can often find them giving out free breakfast or other goodies to the residents on a weekly basis. Along with the pool, gym, and other amenities, I would recommend 920 for any students looking for apartments.
My sister stayed at Nine20 her junior and senior year at ASU. I visited her during my high school spring break and loved it so much that Nine20 was the first place I looked at while looking for my sophomore year living arrangement. I signed my lease in October and I’m super excited to live here with my friends! The layout of the rooms are ideal and the amenities provided are unbeatable. I also love how close it is to my classes. I will feel safe walking to and from campus and will have no trouble arriving to class on time. I highly recommend Nine20 to anyone in the Tempe area.
I love living at nine20. They have an amazing pool to tan in and also offer pool parties. I spend most of my time in the study room which offers a quiet space. They do amazing job cleaning hallways and maintains a clean environment. My favorite part about nine20 is how close it is to campus. Not having to pay for a parking garage for tempe campus has been a huge money saver. Another great thing about Nine20 is the garbage policy. Not having to take out your own garage has been a sold component of this important. Nine20 is amazing!!!
I have been living in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit and have loved it. The common space is big allowing for all of us to feel comfortable all the time. I haven’t had any issues and when there are minor things, maintenance is always there to help. I love how close Nine20 is to campus and restaurants. This has been my favorite place to live near campus!
I already renewed my lease for next year, this will be my third year in a row living here! The building's design and facilities are tailored to enhance the overall living experience. I love all the features that Nine20 offers including well-equipped fitness centers, communal spaces for socializing, study rooms, and a pool with a hot tub and tanning pool! The management team at Nine20 is committed to creating a welcoming environment, addressing resident needs promptly, and maintaining a high standard of living. My favorite part about Nine20 is everything, Nine20 has met and exceeded all my needs and I'm so excited to be living here another year!
